Vetted trades, weekly photo updates, fixed-price construction contracts. Typical timeline: 4–6 months for a basement suite, 6–10 months for a garden suite.

Furnish & stage
Interior styling, furniture sourcing, linens, kitchen kit, professional photography. Move-in ready in 7–14 days from handover.

License & list
Municipal STR licence application, multi-channel listing across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and rent-nova.com. Or long-term tenant placement if STR is not your fit.
