Why we started.

We grew up in the GTA. We’ve stayed in a lot of short-term rentals over the years — some great, most fine, a few that left us wondering if anyone actually cared. We started RentNova because we believed travellers deserved homes that felt lived-in rather than stripped to the studs for maximum nightly rate.

Every property in our collection is personally walked, styled, photographed, and managed by our team. We’re not a big platform. We’re a small, local operation that genuinely wants you to feel at home.

  • Hotel-grade cleaning. Every turnover. Fresh linens, photo-documented standards.
  • Real photography. No staged stock images. Professional, golden-hour interior shoots only.
  • Honest pricing. What you see is what you pay. No surprise fees at checkout.
  • Local response. Based in Mississauga. We can be at any property within 30 minutes.

Licensing.

Every RentNova property is operated by a licensed host in their principal residence under City of Mississauga By-law 0289-2020. Licence numbers are displayed on each property page. We collect and remit the Mississauga Municipal Accommodation Tax (4%) on direct bookings.
